Dr. Phillips and Dr. Jue are both wonderful dentists. From check ups to an implant my experiences have been positive.The dental assistants, hygienists and office staff are great as well. Wait time in the waiting room is little to none. I would definitely recommend them.

I've been going to Dr. Phillips since 2001. He takes his time and is always very thorough when examining my teeth and mouth. Cheryl and Vicky at the front desk are super friendly and helpful. I always request Desirae when I need to go in for a cleaning. She is such a sweet person and does an excellent job getting my teeth nice and clean.

Probably the BEST dental office I have been too. HOWEVER, the front office lady, Vicky is just rude and lacks customer service AND documentation. As I told Vicky about a previous conversation RECORDED on voicemail about an insurance issue, she refuses to admit what she had said and claimed that she would never give false insurance information (which she did) otherwise I wouldn't have gone back. In addition, she never documented my insurance information and phone call summarizing our conversation.As I go to receive my insurance information, I called back to provide the dental office my insurance information. She then says, "Looks like you're going to pay a lot out of pocket, but I'll go ahead and bill them since we don't take that insurance." Which she NEVER claimed to begin with.I LOVE this place, but it's unfortunate that she is the forefront of a great company. It really drives the customer away.UPDATE:They have a new lady in office. The office is much kinder. The dental hygienist and dentists are literally the BEST IN TOWN. Do not hesitate to give them a try. You won’t regret it! 🙂

The dentist and hygienist are the kindest people and would highly recommend their office to anyone. they care for my Granddaughter with such kindness.
